This opportunity is designed to empower individuals through a Systems Support Learnership (NQF5), providing hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies such as IoT, Machine Learning, Robotics, Augmented Intelligence, and Big Data. The role is part of IBM’s Global Sales division, where interns will collaborate with diverse teams to support infrastructure, cloud, data operations, and project management initiatives. Responsibilities

• Participate in Systems Support Learnership NQF5 training and development
• Engage with IBM’s Watson group to explore cognitive computing solutions
• Support business transformation initiatives using emerging technologies
• Collaborate with global teams on infrastructure, cloud, and data operations projects
• Apply knowledge in virtualisation, storage, and project management environments
• Contribute to client-focused solutions across various industries

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Completed Technical Diploma is required
• Knowledge of Java, Python, AI, and Cloud platforms is required
• Strong adaptability, communication, and client focus are required
• Passion for leveraging technology to create enterprise-wide solutions is required
• Good interpersonal skills, high flexibility, autonomy, and problem-solving skills are required
• Fluency in English is required
